ONDJO AREEIRO

Complete renovation of a 3-bedroom apartment (T3) measuring 130m², located on the 9th floor of a building dating from 1985, in the Areeiro area of Lisbon.

 

The project involved a complete reorganization of the floor plan, converting the property into a four-bedroom apartment and repositioning the living room next to the kitchen, taking advantage of a panoramic view over the city.

 

This was a demanding project, where every detail was carefully thought out and executed. The result is a bright, functional space with strong aesthetic and residential value.
