ONDJO TAVIRA CASA DA AVÓ

Complete rehabilitation of a 3-bedroom house with 245m², spread over two floors, located in a prime area of Tavira.

The project included a partial reorganization of the layout, with a view to improving the functionality of the spaces, notably the creation of a laundry area with a wardrobe and the introduction of a guest bathroom.

High-quality finishes were applied, with a special focus on thermally broken aluminum window frames and joinery in fine woods.

The final result exceeded expectations, giving rise to a sophisticated, comfortable and balanced home.
