ONDJO ACACIA ÉVORA

Rehabilitation of a 345m² house, located in the historic center of Évora, built before 1951.

The property, originally with 14 rooms, was transformed into a 12-bedroom apartment, incorporating three bathrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, a living room, a pantry, two laundry rooms, a patio, and a terrace.

This was a particularly demanding project due to the restrictions inherent in its location within a UNESCO World Heritage area. The original ceilings and several historical elements were preserved, ensuring the building's authenticity.

The end result combines contemporary comfort and functionality with the historical character and identity of the property.
